art favorite hunting grounds

I remember there used to be a thread covering everyones works of art. Well I painted this of one of my favorite hunting areas, pretty simple composition, but sometimes when im playing army and cant get out, i will just paint my scenery to take some of the edge off. I may go ahead and start doing some artifact illustration as i think that would be kinda fun. if anyone has some pictures or ideas to paint i would love to do some work for others, let me know

Very nice. Looks like a good eroded area to hunt on. I need to get back on the artifact illustrations myself, they're really fun to do especially when surface hunting isn't much of an option.

That fine painting makes me wish I was actually there. You may have called it a simple composition, but I like the authentic realism it exhibits. You are a very talented painter.

Great artwork, Id say artist, really nice painting.
I remember seeing a early Dwain Rogers painting about 20 years ago that was a cool idea. Indians sitting around a camp fire knapping flint and the smoke going up had something like wolves or buffalo hidden in the smoke.
