4 7/8" of real Ohio Heartbreak

A buddy of mine gave me a piece awhile back that he could'nt stand to look at anymore. He found this along with 2 others almost the same size in a spot that we only get to look about evry 6-7 yrs.
His wife got really mad at him awhile back and snatched this one up nd threw it at the wall.....He found all but the tip.
The restoration I did is'nt all that good because I did'nt want it to look like it was restored, just put back together.....I was going to give it back, but he does'nt want it......which I really can't blame him.

Thats enough to make a grown man cry. Talk about hitting a guy were it hurts! If my wife gets that mad at me I hope she does something less drastic....like stab me or something.

I hate it when people do stuff like that out of anger. No reason to do that.

NOt sure of the material. Has the look of Hornstone but very light grey specks in it. Theres something about the point that doesnt look right to me too. All I heard was the story and got the piece. I'd never seen it before and I did'nt question it because of who it came from.
