look out for: Mischievous thieves

We just had our house broken into,,nothing was taken,,so I can't really call them thieves,,but the damn fools exchanged every pair of pants I had with exact look a likes,,,but with smaller waist lines on them,,,, all were still the same lengths,,,,just the waist lines they tampered with. I quit smoking back four months ago...but still don't know why someone would pull such a shenanigan.
