Happy New Year

I have been going through pictures of old finds. Good memories. Darrell asked for some pictures so I thought I would post a few. Most of these are from years ago. The majority are field grade, a few killers. All bring back good memories of hunting artifacts, at some beautiful site, with good friends. Met some really good people along the way. I’ve always been curious and asked too many questions. To those, I apologize. It used to be 8 hours of no look up digging. Now-a-days, it’s the hunt and conversation as much as the find. I still get green, but I can enjoy seeing a friend find a killer as much as finding it myself. I couldn’t have said that 10 years ago.

Happy New Year everyone!!

First one is for Patrico, never met him, but he seems especially fond of the Nueces area. Found not far off the Nueces.

I'm not sure yet my buddy Nacho is trying to get us a place and if that don't work out I'm not sure but I always seem to get an offerat the last minute! I always drive down so I can take the cases and artifacts and that's a 16 hour drive one way but that also leaves my options open.if I'm not doin a show. I fly into San Antonio and rent a vehicle that's alot cheaper with diesel fuel so high! Looks like you got an awesome friend with a heck of a site, those you just posted made for an exciting dig

Patrico, good luck on your dig, if you are driving down, you are earning them.

Unfortunately, that site is all gone.
