Impressive group of points and hardstone. Nice variety of colorful northern Iowa materials too. I'm really drawn to the archaic side notch forms, some great examples. Good hunting in 2012.

You make it look easy but I know it's anything but. I love everyone of those points and axes. Maybe you'll get a chance to find you're first ever January point, get 2012 started off right! Happy New Year & good luck in 2012.

Thanks to all for the great comments and well wishes towards 2012. You can bet that I am already plotting my January strategies. Maybe an artifact found for every month of 2012 if this weather holds up. Now there's some wishful thinking for you - LOL

I feel that I also had some good success with sunset photography this Fall too. So will continue to include some of those as well on upcoming thread posts.
