Thanks George...I have been watching Marty for several years now and took up punches after my hands would no longer take the pounding of working rhyolite all the time. I even demonstrated the techniques to the pros at the Maine Arch. Society and never saw such a heated debate afterwards. They found punches all the time and could not explain them.
simply he is brilliant. I had not seen Lucas, but scrunching with the punch works fine. too.
ps I almost got a turkey with that bow yesterday. he saw the arrow coming last second and flew...Uuummmhm

I have never dug a long antler tine,,just the shorts and worn out trigger awls. Try stalking a more deaf and blind turkey,. Marty is on this site from time to time. you got a good pic of that bow ? wanna see
