My quick search didn't show a copy of it available online but some of you GB guys may want to head over the the U of Oregon one day and see if there is a copy in the library.
In the context of the book - it's cited to pointed out a 500 year period of little to no occupation/tool manufacturing at the Glass Buttes site (from 1100 AD to AD 1600).
