Ripley, Ohio Artifact Show February 19th, 2012

I wanted to announce the very popular Ripley, Ohio artifact show that is coming up in February. This is arguably Ohio's biggest and best yearly show, and the 7th year of my volunteer involvement. Some of the highlights include: free admission, awesome home made breakfast and lunch, 2 $100+ raffles, 100+ artifact filled tables, prizes for exhibitors, great silent auction items, and collector friends gathering together from all over the Midwest.

Date: February 19th
Times: 8:00 - 3:00
Where: Ripley Senior High School. Address is 1317 South Second Street, Ripley, Ohio 45167.

Good link for address and picture of building:
Ripley Union Lewis Huntington High School

Please contact me for information on reserving tables or any other questions you might have. My email is jondickinson75@cinci.rr.com , and my phone number is 513-509-7420.

I opened up table reservations on January 1st, and I am already half filled by January 3rd. We will sell out tables again this year, so please contact me soon.

Regards,
Jon Dickinson

P.S.- Anyone who wants to use the flier picture or has idea an to virally market the show, please do it. If you need help, let me know.

This is by far my favorite show to set up at. Great people, great food, a great crowd of viewers, and some really nice artifacts. I look forward to this show every year and if you have the time you really need to come check this one out. I have 4 tables reserved and will be displaying my 49 Continental States Collection. Come by and say hello if you make it down.

Awww I got excited and bummed in the matter of three minutes. Six hours one way is too steep for my gas tank. Can't wait to see pics from the show though!

Edit: Hmmm. Maybe not. If the weather isn't too bad I may give it a go...

It's very good. But it's not 6 hour drive good. I'm happy to be close enough (1.5 hours) and really hoping I can get there. I need to get some frames, if nothing else. Not to mention giving Steve a hard time. Ghost Recon, are you setting up this year?

I look forward to seeing you there Dave.

Mud Hawk, it would be great if you could make it down.

Dave, Ryan posted on another thread that is going to try to make it. I hope he does. I really like looking at his collection.

My plan is to go, weather pending because a 5 hour drive through WV winter can get pretty hairy. I'm thinking of getting two tables and setting up w/ some Oh. and Ky. stuff. I'll be bringing some trade items along as well for a couple members that I look foward to meeting. I'm also looking foward to the show and seeing some familiar faces and talking artifacts.

Jon, If you see this before I email you put me down for two tables. Hopefully there are some still available. Thanks.

This is awesome! I've heard great things about this show since June and can't wait to attend! I'm a mere 1 hour and 18 minutes out per maps.google.com and can't wait to meet all of you in person! Count me in for certain, though I don't have a tables' worth of artifacts at the present time (maybe by Feb 2013 though)

Can't wait!!!

Shane
