Dig in Floresville?

I'm reposting this here in case anyone didn't see it. Has anyone heard about or have info on a gentleman opening up a pay dig in Floresville, TX? I would really appreciate any info since I live close to there. You can shoot me an email if you don't want to post it.

I'd be interested to hear. What exactly do you ask for with something like that?

I simply state that I'm willing to pay $200/month for hand digging for my personal collection on a productive site. Dont know if I'll get any takers but its worth a shot in the dark. I currently have a lease but always looking for something good. If I get a reasonable response I'll set up a test dig to make sure its not a pig in the poke befor I lease.
