Eddie, If you ever get a chance go here

The site is Indian Point (33La2) located at the juncture of the Grand River and Paine Creek just east of Painesville, Ohio
very cool, the two main embankments/defensive walls are still there and it's a beautiful view, especially in the fall.

Very interesting website. Have never seen info about mound sites that readily available. You typically have to go on a search and destroy mission to get references to specific locations of mounds. I have located two in my area, but had to do hours of research and a a bit of driving to find their specific locations.

Thanks for posting, very nice, I have a sister in Cleveland and her kids started learning about the prehistoric people of the Cleveland area at school through the parks system. I know they would like this info. Thanks again! Lou
