A few people seemed to enjoy my stuff so I thought I would post a few more. I can't dig in my new home of Portland so I will just reminisce.

Wow, what is the story on that etched stone?

Don't get down on being in Portland, you aren't far from some good collecting areas, it's just a little different than Centex.
Unless you're talking Portland, Oregon or Portland, Maine ..... if so, all bets are off

Etched stone

Dug her up at the starr ranch, feel lucky i noticed it and didnt chunk it. Portland oregons the one so yea its kinda tough to hunt.

Nice show

Being from Texas, I can't get enough of Texas artifacts. Your pictures came out very nice, what kind of camera are you using, if you don't mind me asking? I lost my good one at the deer lease, and I've yet to bite the bullet on a new one. I wan't a good camera, that takes good close ups, and doesn't cost a arm and a leg.

I was thinking you were in Portland, Texas...

That looks a lot like the etched stones from Gault. Does any paleo come from Starr?
