Man what a beautifull collection. at the risk of making a fool of myself, that dark fairland looking piece in pics 5 and 6, is that just the finest example of an ensor or am I way off the mark? or are you at the western range of a much older artifact like a kirk corner notch? Scottsbluffs are also one of the most beautifull artifacts out there imo. very nice...

Rockit---I am told by people like Cuz David Crain that it is a San Jacinto knife . Those are Bird point people knives . They were masters of knapping ---so much for the idea that those people lost the ability to knapp after paleo times .--Fairlands are not flaked that way or that fine . And Mark Adams told me he has never seen anything that well done on this River . It is certainly the best ever for me and I have not seen anything like it in all the collections I have viewed from east Texas . It will be the cover for a book I am getting ready as we speak . The book is at the printer right now . It is a pictorial overview of my collection ( the best pieces ) right at 20 pages and I am hopeful it will be interesting . The arrowfact is nearly 5 inches . 1/8 th inch of the wing was knocked off , probably someone stepped on it in recent times . It was totally covered in a green moss, and was recovered in 2 foot of water while grubbing . It was the only piece of worked rock I found that day ! Thank you all for responding . Don
