New Frames.

Prior to today the only wood frame I had was given to me by the generous Chris Gode. But today I picked up eight 12x18 frames from MiamiValleyArtifacts(Scott) at a great price. I put some personal finds and better pieces from my collection in them. I probably should pick up a couple more in 3 or 4 inch depth for a few bigger pieces but most of the rest..... seems silly to put 20 pooters in a frame that's worth more than what it's displaying.

Thanks for looking. And thanks again Scott!

Nice looking trays of artifacts Dave. You should really think about getting a couple of tables for the Ripley show and displaying those.

Really? I mean, I like my stuff but I've not thought of doing that. I won't have the time to commit to the whole day this year but I will certainly keep it in mind for next year. Thanks.

Lol, yes DW, oak. Staggered 2", 3" and 4" boards. No stain, just urethane.

Oh yeah, I think you have some impressive pieces in those trays that are definitely worthy of being shown off. I hope you do decide to come and set up next year and I can get with Jon and have him put us in the same row so we can watch each other pieces and socialize at the same time.

I think I'll plan on doing that. Providing no death in the family, collection stolen, fire, etc... (I'm paranoid).
