Knapping in Miniature

This might have been posted previously, but I just came across these amazingly small points made by Dan White....there are more pics at this link, but talk about crazy, crazy small....for insects maybe? hahaha!

I've seen them many times and am more impressed each time. The fact that he can make recognizable types is amazing. I'd really like to know how he can flute those clovis' so well.

Like DrDave, I am more impressed each time I see his pictures. The workmanship is wild.

He used to post directly on a forum about 8 or so years ago, but I haven't seen him post anywhere in the last couple of years.

yes,,those are just great. He prolly don't have the problem keeping rock like other knappers do,,A little bit will last a long time. he must like Alibates,,,or thats what most of the chips he picked up were..lol

That Clovis or Dalton about the size of a 0 in the date on the penny gives me carpal tunnel just looking at it. I'd like to see this guys tool kit, he must pressure flake with a thumbtack or something.
