Andice?
I found this about four years ago and last year I was told it was an andice. It does have the "C" flake scars like andice I think and has been reworked. 3 3/8x1 1/2. What do you guys think? ttp

That refers to the deep, circular flake scars where the basal notching terminated at the top of the barbs. And yes, I agree - Andice minus the ears.

From my observations, could very well be Andice. What a candidate for Dr. Gomer! Thanks.

Thanks Mojave, I got that terminology from a grainy old flintknapping dvd by Woody Blackwell. He notched a dovetail calling the flakes removed C flakes with the notch ending in a C flake scar. I see now I should have said " It does have the distinctive notching flake as per Turner and Hester's discription. I always enjoy your replys.ttp
