Sweet MO Drill

Thought I would post this nice drill a buddy of mine found on one of our hunts a few weeks back. The drill measures just over 3.5". This was a site I had pick out based on some research I had done. This was our only find of the day but you can bet we will be back to check it out again.

would that be a dalton drill / used up Knife, done purposely.LOL
no really would you consider this a dalton? just curious from Texas.
sorry that was not ment to be mean, I just noticed that you joined in January and I am just trying to welcome you and this has been a hot topic since I have joined. it also has me thinking outside the box but I just cant wrap my mind around the fact when I need to punch a hole in something shape is everything. I have heard and believe there are specific reasons for artifacts to be what they were intended to be. Hair pin possibly, who is to say but the man that is holding it in his hand. Nice find, Well done...
