Already had pics. If this wasn't found in direct assn. with several Clovis I'd question it. Obviously a multi-purpose tool.

My impression is the classic "spurred paleo end scrapers" are more common from the central GB and eastward, whereas the crescentic tools were more common from the central GB westward. That is my experience anyway.
That is just one of the many things I was thinking of writing up for the blog. East of the GB, i.e. more into Folsom country, the PES dominates. The paleo gravers are everywhere. |
