Firstview?

This is a point I found north of Roscoe, Texas. It was in a little gully and would have washed down into Cottonwood Creek with the next rain. It has basal grinding and the flaking you can see for yourself. I believe it is a Firstview, but would like some expert opinions.

Beautiful piece, I'm sure some of the Westerners here can type it for you.

Just out of curiosity what's the connection to Norway? I did a double take when I saw the city, but it's Lillestrom that I was in about a month ago.

Nice point.
My impression of what a Firstview is, which is probably wrong, is not the same.
That kinda looks like an Angostura.
Other opinions?

Married a Norwegian girl and eventually moved to Norway in 1982. Curiously enough, my daughter lives right outside Lillestrøm which is about a 4-hour drive NE of here.

Being from Big Spring, you probably know the area between Snyder and Sweetwater well. Have you ever seen the Montgomery Collection at the museum in Sweetwater? Drop in there the next time you're in the area - you won't be disappointed.

Great looking point no matter what the type.

Any artifacts to find in Norway? And do you have any you can show us?
