Clovis found last week in Jersey Co. Illinois for sale

Found last week in a small creek. Translucent and thin. Perfect in every way. $600.

To me it looks like heat treated Kaolin.

Did they heat treat in paleo times? Not a loaded question. I was just not aware if they did.

The material is not heat treated. Lots of fossil inclusions and creek polish. Here are more pics.
