Bunch of birdies, one definitely authentic Bell point, and those two big Marcos looking things I bought at Tulsa (Read the listing on those pretty carefully!). And I STILL have a killer Haskill, a big Etley, and that nice Dovetail listed - no one's grabbed them yet! So bid on something and make me a happy man!

Indiana, This is just my opinion!

If you truly thought the two items were authentic prehistoric, would you be selling them for $50/60?

That is what I have in them. They were clearing out this collection at bargain prices, and I saw a lot of very experienced collectors and dealers go over, put a piece under the microscope, then open their wallets. I walked over at the very end of the show and got a good deal, but not before Bill Breckenridge and anohter guy (his name escapes me, but he is also a veteran buyer and dealer) had scoped them and said they were good. However, the fact that Rogers refused to paper them totally kills them for some people. If I can get back out what I originally spent on them, I'll be happy. I do believe they are real, but I also recognize that virtually everybody in this hobby knows more than I do . . . so I'm leaving the price relatively low in case I have to do a refund on them.
