Got a frame in today that I bought on EBay, it was billed as "Dovetails and Daltons". Some of them are quite nice; a few may have a bit of rechip, but all in all I like it. Not all the Dovetails are true dovetails, some look like Gibson or other Woodland era points. I included close ups of some of the best ones. All are up for grabs.









These two I just got back from Dwain Rogers. He freely admitted to being stumped by them. He said that they "looked old" due to surface wear and mineral deposits, but they were not flaked like anything he had seen. He said he was too bothered by that to paper them, but not enough to kill them - an interesting verdict, to say the least! If anyone is interested, but would like another authenticator to take a look, let me know and I'll send them off to whoever you like.
