Fulton Missouri Show February 12

Its not a big show, but its definatley worth checking out if you're in the area. I will have a table. There are usually alot of old guns for those of you who are into that also.

I was talking to one of rock hunting buddies this morning and he was saying the guy that runs the show is kinda of a azzhole (excuse my language). Some of the guys and his friends were calling my friends points fake. I think it was directly related because he didn't sell his points. What are you guys thoughts about this kinda behavior? I think it rude of people to assume the points are fake based on the sole purpose that my friend didn't want to sell any points. I am not for sure if I am going because of this behavior.

Larry is pretty old school, and doesnt hesitate to say what he's thinking. I dont think he would ever say that because someone wouldnt sell a point. He would however say it in a heartbeat if you were trying to sell them to him and he thought they were modern. Some people dont like him, mainly because of how blunt he is, but he's actually a pretty good guy and he has taught me quite a bit. If you want to come to the show and dont like him, just dont talk to him. There are plenty of other people to talk to and they have great food there.

I showed at that show a couple years ago. me and a friend showed and shared a couple tables..... The host came to our table and asked if we wanted to sell anything and pointed out some pieces.. We told him we were just showing, he acted very rude about it, and just put out.... Me and my friend decided to look around at the others showing... My friends wife watched our tables, sitting in the corner reading her book... The host and 2 other guys came back to our tables... My friends wife herd them picking our stuff apart and calling this one and that one fakes.... Ok heres the deal.... My friends wife is a very responsable School teacher, church women.... She doesnt lie.... She was pissed, and when she told us so were we... Everything we showed were personal finds, Not one fake in our frames..... We both drove over an hour just to show are collections and were treated like that.... I'll never attend one of his shows again...... Everthing I just said is a fact.......That was our exp with this show

sounds like point envy flintstone you get a lot of that at shows it just goes in one ear and out the other !! i never let that bother me i know where i found my stuff . JMO....
