Directions

Illinois State Archeological Society present this show.
March 12-13th
Saturday 7AM - 5PM

MARCH 12-13 th 2011

Sunday 7AM - 2PM
Admission:
$3 per day or
$5 for 2 day pass
This is a North American Prehistoric Artifact Show offereing arrowheads, pottery, aces, beads and more for sale and show. This is the largest show of its type in North America.
Information regarding tables cost are not clear. No information on the Gateway center website pertaining to the cost of tables

Thanks for the information on the show in Collinsville. This is a good one for those that have never visited Cahokia mounds....they could spend the weekend, take in the show and visit Cahokia. I think its well worth the drive! Joyce

My favorite show. Its Huge.... Yes the Cahokia Mounds are five minites away, and the museum is open on weekends... You must check them both out. you will not be dissapointed

how far are the cahokia mounds from the show. are those the ones where a few large ones are all together??? i mkight try it. will be coming in from cleveland ohio.

is it still cool to go to the mounds when they are covered with snow??/ i am sure they are now.

I think this show is in March, really don't think snow will be a problem that far south in March.....not saying its not possible, just not real common to have snow that amounts to much down there at that time of the year. Joyce

Me and my son on top of monks mound, right after the show.... No snow and pretty decent weather.. Notice how small the Van looks on the road below...

Thanks for the pic Flinstone! One can not really appreciate that spot until they have been there. Folks, this is an incredible site and if you go to Collinsville it would be a shame not to schedule two hours at Cahokia.
