How about a delete post button for thread starters

If you post a thread and you wake up the next morning, for whatever reason and think I gave up to much info, or That was a bad ideal, etc etc... We should be able to recant a thread we started. Other forums have this feature and I like it... If you post something and the arrowheadology posse comes after you, I would like to be able to delete it and forget about it..

We have a member that felt ganged up on and deleted his pictures because the clan was calling them Fakes...(when infact they were not) That made the clan angry because they couldnt beat the horse anymore... Yes we can edit our post and take pics and text out, but who wants to open an empty thread to find out it has all been removed.... Why not just let the poster delete the whole topic... Why wait for a moderator to do it, because the crap can really hit the fan before a mod gets to it...

This also gives anyone who decides not to be a part of this forum the option of deleting all thier threads they started before leaving...I have moded other forums and have been told I am leaving this site please delete my post.. Why not put that in the hands of the person who wrote the post??
