I need help posting images, please

Hi, I'm new here and old and fairly computer illiterate. I am attempting to follow the steps outlined here in "How to Upload and Insert an Image from Your Computer" by Shannon Graham. In step1 when I open the "Manage Attachments" window, I do not have the option of clicking on "Browse" as it does not appear anywhere on the new window. I am using a Mac computer if this makes a difference. I have some artifact photos in the iPhoto program on my computer that I wish to share. Can someone help me, please? It would be wonderful if I could instruct me or if I could call someone and they could talk me through the process step by step.

Thank you,

Jim Robertson

When you were making this post you must have had a paper clip symbol in the tool bar above the text area. Selecting the paperclip opens a second window where you can browse to your desktop or wherever to select a photo.

When you reply to a topic, type the message, then select "Go Advanced"
That will open up the toolbar where you can select the paper clip.

By clicking on the "paperclip" I can open the window where "Browse" should be but it is not there.

This pic is fuzzy but when you click on the paper clip the window that opens should look like this. It actually says "Choose File." Once you choose the file, click "upload". With Macs it takes several seconds depending on your connection and the picture size. When it is loaded, an icon will appear below where the file name came up when you chose it. Then "close the window."
That is how it is supposed to work. Let me know if it doesn't...

The window, labeled "Management Attachments" has a "upload file from your computer" section, a "upload file from a URL" section and then below these is a section labeled "attachment key" which lists Filetype, Max Filesize, etc.

To the right of "upload file from your computer" is a button that says"choose file"
Select that. It lets you browse to your computer and select a picture.
Then upload it.

The window looks just like the window that you posted with the exception that it does not include the "Browse". I am computer illiterate. Could this have something to do with that I know nothing about files. don't know what they are or how to use them. My pictures are loaded into iPhoto and nowhere else.
