computer help please

so here is the deal, my little 2 year old daughter was sitting on my lap while I was at the computer, she hit something on the keyboard that has made everything on my screen super tiny. To the point where I can barely even read this text as I type. its not the font setting I check that I even tried a system restore and that didnt work, so any of you with better computer minds than me any suggestions on how to fix this problem

update it seems to only be on this site as this is the site I had open when my daughter started using the keyboard as a bongo drum. is there a text setting somewhere here that I am overlooking. When I open up the forum site the text is fin but when I go to a specific topic all the thread titles are so small I cant even read them. cant figure out how to undo this.
