Well its a long way but next time your around Austin I guess you can come over and eat.
I have my wife a little spoiled, we have been married for almost 15 years and she has never had to cook a meal, or make her plate, or get up to get seconds if she wants more. I can cook almost anything but sometimes I am just pressed for time after working 10 to 12 hours a day. On my wife's birthday every year I make her an Italian Cream cake and I have never tried one yet that can compare to mine. |

Too late I guess, but here's the way I cook salmon and steelhead. Place the fillets skin side down, sprinkle a little lime juice over the top, pat brown sugar over the juice (get agood amount of sugar on the fish), then add several pats of butter randomly. Wrap the fish in foil and place on the Webber grill. Leave it covered about 10 minutes, open the foil pouch to be sure butter has melted, the continue cooking a round 3-5 minutes. No salt or pepper till it's done.
Great with home grown tomatoes, new potatoes, and garlic bread. ![]() Chad |
