Toys for the Boys

I'm a gal who is close to her Dad, even closer to her husband and raised with 4 older brothers (no sisters) and I have to say I can't pass up something that they would totally love to have.

Thus the thread affectionately called Toys for the Boys is born here at Arrowheadology. I know a lot of you are like the men in my life. You are thinkers, builders, carpenters and engineers.

No rules here, the toy can be big or small a must-have or a want-to-have.

Here's one I found tonight. It's a belt with a built in screw driver (Philips and Standard) and a wrench.

Man oh man, when I first saw this title I thought, "Oh no, here we go again". lol

Anyway, here's the latest toy I bought for myself. I have always liked the Dremel Tools since they are easy to use and very handy, but this little baby has really helped out a lot on our remodeling jobs around the house. You can cut with it, sand with it, grind with it, and it gets into some very tight spots. I really like this thing a lot. It has quite a few different attachments too.

Steve, I knew you'd think naughty thoughts at the title LOL

I love the tool you bought. We do a lot of remodeling on our Victorian home and could use something like that.

Here is one of my boy toys. If there is going to be snow on the ground in the winter and no possibility to get out and look for arrowheads then snowmobiling is one way to get outside and have a blast. When I get on this machine I just don't want to get off and when the weatherman says there is going to be 6+ inches of snow coming, I just get a smile on my face.

This might be overkill for a small to medium limb cutter but it does the job quick.

Cache, that's one hot snow mobile. We might go years with no snow or get 8 feet of snow over the weekend in the winter here in Oklahoma. I don't know of anyone who owns one for that very reason.

MCS, that's a Tim the Toolman Taylor kind of cutter right there!
