What am I gonna do with all these d@mn peppers?!?!?!

Heat is killing most everything in my garden. Not gonna water this one anymore so I pulled up the pepper plants and here's what I got. Guess I can't have too much salsa!

Same here. The plants are dying so I have to pick what I can. You can never have enough salsa............just don't forget the cilantro!

hang them and dry them. then when theyre dry, put them in a food processor/blender. theyre great for soups, pizzas, anything youd want them in. if you want to send me some, ill send you some paypal dough!

If you are a hunter, try and salvage them until dove season. All time best way to grill dove breast wrap some bacon around a pepper with the breast. Makes for great tailgating finger food for football season.

Good tips from above..hang em and dry them. But you can't beat fresh salsa or deep fried jalapeņo poppers...my folks have a big veggie garden and what they don't eat or can goes to the local farmers market.

Pickle 'em! We have a horrendous load of peppers, too, here in Tampa Bay. Peppers are the only thing besides okra that will grow in the heat and sun, LOL. I've had to put shade cloth over the peppers. I let the sweets die but the hot ones are putting out fruit like crazy. I put them into a dehydrator and use the crushed cayenne, etc. all year. Have many quarts of salsa and sweet pickled peppers put up. Plannning fall garden, PLANTING fall garden now.

Toss them on the smoker for a few hours, pulse/puree the living daylights out of 'em, toss in the proper levels of salt, vinegar, and sugar. Let rest in the fridge for a month, strain the pulp and bottle your own hot sauce! Viola... "TDogs Red Rocket Sauce".

Thanks for the comments guys. Already made some salsa. Saved a few of them and sold the rest to a local curb market for $1.00 / lb. 12 lbs total.
