Puppies!!!!

Our purebred Great Pyrennes got bred this spring with our half and half Pyrennes and Anatolian male, Vicious. The results of this union were born under our house, but Rachel dragged them out the other day so we could get some pics . . . .

We didn't even get all seven of them into the dog house before Angel (their mom) started dragging them back under the house. I guess it's cooler under there, but they sure are getting lots of fleas!!!

puppies

Love the puppies. They are adorable. 5% Sevin is safe for young puppies. That came from a super fantastic vet in Houston. The only way I finally got rid of fleas was with the Advantage from the vet. Coons and feral cats bring them back on a regular basis, so I use this stuff once a month down the spine of each
dog. Bad enough on the poor dogs but we were carrying them into the house on our clothes. ugh

Girls are gorgeous too. Even with a skinned up forehead.

Spray fleas with dish soap mixed with water. It will decimate the fleas!

Over 30 years in FL with dogs, never got complete control over 'em until Advantage. I won't poison my yard or house and don't like putting chemicals on the dogs, but this stuff works, hope I don't find out years from now that it's dangerous.....like some of the flea-off mists, etc. I used in the past....

Tom, try dish soap. Palmolive works on fleas as well as bugs in your garden...o it kills roaches too...

Im not certain but i think it suffocates them. =)
