How old is this house

Any guesses on how old this house is? It's from a small ghost town in Nevada. To me it looks fairly old but not real real old.

Here's a pic of the outhouse that goes with the house.

I'd guess somewhere around 1900 AD, but that is a total guess. Not a real good place for the outhouse right there by the creek.

Early 1900's was my guess too. I think it was used off and on over the years. Here's a pic of the inside, the place could use a little work, lol. The other pic is what I think is the root cellar. It was caved in so I didn't try to go into it.

1920s would be my guess. Last lived in during the 1960s. I'm basing all of that on the shingles, deterioration, materials and colors.

I think around 1920 also. One layer of shingles is for sure.
