I Found A Cache Of Cumberlands...
Last night. I don't know where I was. I just remember walking up a hill towards this rock shelter and came across a cache of perfect monster Cumberlands. Just one killer after another, it seemed never ending and then I woke up. It went down something like this though...

Haha, I've had similar dreams as well. A couple months ago I dreampt of finding a cache of axes and a birdstone underneath a giant rotted tree.
I think it's the dream of every true collector to find a cache.

Wouldn't want to wake up from that one. I've had similar dreams as well.
Cool drawings too.

Thanks fellows. I have alot of dreams that involve wandering around looking for artifacts. A Cumberland cache was by far the best. Was probably triggered from the paleo book I was reading before bed about a Cumberland site in Ky.

Great drawing Ryan. I had a dream the other night about finding a perfect Bird Head Effigy Pipe made from red Pipestone. It was one of those dreams that are so vivid where you wake up and look around to see if it really happened.
Was the Kentucky site in the book the one at Black Fork? That site isn't to far from me and we used to hunt that area years ago. Never saw anything like that there though and now there's a housing development on the site we used to hunt.

Just one of those would make a great dream for me. I also dream of being able to draw like that. Great stack job Ghost!

I could see your dream coming true in the areas you hunt. That was the Phil Stratton Cumberland site I was reading about last night, it's in Logan co., southwestern Ky. Little info about it here. http://lithiccastinglab.com/gallery-...nsitepage1.htm Make sure you check out page 2 with a nice shot of Neralich in action. Jason, you've been part of some really great sites. I'm impressed.
