Eunectes murinus gigas, the Green Anaconda. Quite common in our local streams and rivers. I frequently catch one for the tourist to have their picture taken with. This was about a nine foot baby! The red snake with a black head is a Pseudoboa neweidi in it's juvenile color morph, as an adult it becomes a uniform blue black sort of like an Indigo snake. It is a Colubrid and not a Boid despite it's name.

Awesome pictures......9 ft. snake I know I know....suppose to be 20 ft.
and 30 ft. ones. I like the little garter snakes Speaking of which - how about some pictures of your sweet pet reptiles even the one that isn't so sweet
