Was cleaning up and organizing my artifact room last night and came across some old school papers I saved for some reason

For some reason, I have the worlds worst handwriting. Even to this day, my handwriting has improved very very little. Not proud of it, but it's the way it is. I've practiced having better style over the years and nothing helps. I've tried having patience....still doesn't help.

I look at old civil war letters written to home and I am impressed beyond beleif.

I look at freinds and relatives handwriting and am impressed as well.

It's weird, lol

I give up trying to write good and/or with style and accept the fact that I have sloppy handwriting

I like using the forum here, because you can't tell how beautiful my writing is

The next three pics came from a book I made from 3rd grade (1983). The story on the drawings (fiction) is of my brother after kicking a Donkey Kong arcade machine, he had broken three toes and had to go to the hospital.







The next two pics are from 4th or 5th grade. This is a signature book. I thought this was funny.

I'm have pitiful writing as well. All of my report cards have the same notation. As and Bs but Poor penmanship and too much daydreaming.

My middle son is the same way and my wife blames my genes.

the person with the worst penmanship I've ever known was an Employer of mine.. He has the worst penmenship ever. He'd have mail returned because the Postal Service couldn't read his scratch. Companies he owes money would return Checks he wrote because the banks couldn't read the check and would not deposit it.. here's the lame thing about him, he thought it was Funny that these things happened.. Yeah, about as funny as a Guy who has no bladder control... Your Penmanship is better then my X boss's hand writing.. trust me..


My Penmanship is really good.. to the point where at one shop i worked at years ago, the owner would have me fill out Gift certificates for customers. i have even been asked to fill out invitations for People for their parties.. with an offer of $$ to do it.....
But in elementary school it was not all that good.... so go figure..

Worse than mine!!! Yikes, lol,,,Actually, come to think about it, I don't think I've ever gotten a prescription filled at a hospital or a doctor and was able to read my prescription! What's up with that DrDave!!?? lol, is it done on purpose or just from writing 300miles an hour

Yeah, I can only imagine what it would be like to write elegantly. I have spent many nights practicing but only get frustrated. At least you can read it though....sometimes
