This is nuts....

Low 70's today for the end of January, the weather here in Arkansas has been warmer this winter than the winters we spent in South Florida. Honeybees, gnats and houseflies are out, and this is the earliest I've ever seen the daffodils bloom.

This has been one strange winter for sure...Making Al Gore look smart, lol. It was 64 today, bugs flying around and there are wild onions and dandelions already coming up, I guess at this rate the morels will be out in Febuary. Weird.

It was in the high 60's here today in southern Ohio. My dad and I went hunting and dad was wearing shorts and I was in jeans and a t-shirt. That is almost unheard of in my area this time of year. We have had a very mild winter so far.

Was just reading that the jetstream was pushing the cold air north and Alaska and Canada are having one of the coldest winters in decades. - 80 in parts of Alaska, breaking records and thermometers apparently. I can't even imagine weather like that.

Just like spring here too. Makes me nervous cause Feb is usually our bitter cold month. Bees butterflies flies all out today. After last summer this is heaven.

Europe is experiencing some record cold temps as well. Not so much global warming as it is air masses shifting around.
