Cool pics as uasual, Vince!
......something is "lurking" in that last pic, lol

Actually, my guess would be that those two sets of eyes belong to the two deer that are in the first pic, only 5 minutes earlier(?)

I don't know anything about those cams, but I thought they were motion activated in order for a pic to take (?)....just wondering why some pics the deer is so close, compared to the sets of eyes "lurking" (?)

They look like the eyes of two deer in the background.

That was my immediate reaction as well. That's one busy trail. Thanks for sharing and keep them coming.

yep kirby ,a busy trail, there appear to be aproximatly 20 deer in the vacinity, they come off the hill to a meadow below and back up the hill to bed , they stop and lick the salt block i put out for them, within eye sight not a couple yards away i see deer all the time come down diffrent trails off the mountain and they dont ever come over to lick the salt block, a pattern of sorts is becoming apparent , the deer have a mixture of 20 or so deer that hang out togather , maybe family , i dont know but the other deer seem to stay in there own spot on the mountain, but mixing in the meadow, when the rutt comes they all disapear into bachalor herds except the big boys that wander but stay close to home, i will hunt them or hunt there sheds and they are always close to where i first started observing them
