Labor day weekend camping

Random pics over labor day weekend with Efrem.

After arriving late Friday night, I met up with a local freind. Took advantage of Efrem sleeping and hit it hard til 3 in the morning,, with no success

Wow thats a big wagon for a little guy! Never tryed to headhunt at night....tough enough during the day! Looks like you had a great weekend!

If that sign is any indication "Arrowhead Point", quite the retreat you have!!! That little guy will hopefully with a good mentor be scoring those points off that gravel bar in a couple of years!!!

Thanks for commenting,, The river bar hunt was the first time I tried that at night.
It was kinda creepy being 2 miles up the river away from the campground...into complete darkness and a sky full of the brightest stars I ever seen. Felt real good to get out and relax like that. Didn't see any snakes suprisingly, but bats were flying around me occasionally and an occasional cow would moo from a nearby farm and scare me for a few seconds. It proved to be very tough headhunting the gravel at night!
