9-12-11 after work crappie's

Went fishin this evening for 1 1/2 hours and caught some nice crappies, supper looks pretty good tomorrow! Lou

Lightly breaded and deep fried at 350, cook till golden brown and fillets will be moist and flakey. Lou

Try brushing with mustard before breading. You'll be surprised how much better it is.
