I of course like all your pictures, but my favorite is the quail. Great shot.

I have a question for you, but first I'd like to say I love looking at your pictures. Very cool to see them in their natural habitat like that.

Now for the question. Does your camera make a noise right before taking the picture? I've noticed that in a lot of the pictures the Deer seem to be looking right at the camera like something caught their attention and made them turn to look. Thanks. Just curious.

yes steve the camera does make the slightest of clunks, the primos is loudest, and it does make them look ,i have both set on rapid fire , lol which means in these cameras it will take three pics in about 1 minute with the infered led's, i have an old cuddyback camera that uses a real flash ,and clunks so loud most of the pics are blurry because it startles the animal, the moultrie and primos i use are almost silent , yet as you noticed it does make enough of a clunk to warrant a stare, got some pics of a younge coyote playing with the camera looking right at it , funny story steve i was down in anza berrego desert once with a friend hunting coyotes with cameras , trying out the newest electronic animal call, kinda bulky back then, had two speakers that detached that were wired and looked like police megaphone speakers , anyway long story short we set up waited for an hour just befor sun up we set off the dying rabbit sound, and i kid you not within fifteen minutes there were 25 coyotes, they didnt wind us and were just hangin out doing coyote things , got a million great pics, as they got bored and started to depart , my friend gives it the mouse squeek, a young coyote runs up to the speaker, sniffs it, picks it up and runs off with it, my friend was torn between pissed and laughing, got some great pics of him running off with it, we showed everyone of course , another friend sent a copy of the pic to the company in an attempt to get another speaker , instead he got a brand new top of the line call box, he did give it to the friend who lost part of his. we tryed to track that coyote but never found the speaker
