Looking for Lab pup.

I am looking for a full blooded lab pup. Some idiot flying down a country dirtroad ran over and killed mine, and the kids are wanted another one. So if someone around my area may have one give me a shout. We may could even do some trading on it. Points for pup. lol

I'm terribly sorry to hear that. I'm actually headed that way later this month for a retriever training seminar in Fayetteville. I don't have any pups at the moment, unfortunately. Should be opportunities in your area, though...all the pros are down there for the winter. I will keep my ears open. You just want a family dog?

Yes i want a lab, we have had a few. There just very good dogs with kids, very friendly, kind, and good guard dogs at night around house. Plus the kids enjoy playing fetch with them, and we dove hunt so a retriever is nice. Thanks .

Thanks!!! He was prolably the best kid dog i had ever seen, my little boy is 6 and they would wrestle like 2 kids. My boy would run and the dog would tackle him from behind and act like he was biting, but it was just all slober. lol

Yep, I'm a little partial to Labs myself. My girl is the Canadian National Field Trial Champion for 2011. She's down your way right now, showing Texas dogs how it's done.
Never have been on a dove hunt, I hear it's fun...

Only litter i know offhand down there is probably not what you're looking for, they would be too "high" for a kid's dog. Popular breed, though, you should be able to find something local, I would think. Good luck!

(PS ..Tried the SPCA? You'd be surprised how many purebred pups they get. And Lab genes being what they are, even a cross is likely to be a good choice...)
