one little piggie

here is a shot of our pig at the hog roast in lupus missouri !!! it was a good un and lots of beer was consumed wish ya'll could of been there !!!! the river shot is of the missouri river our hog roast was overlooking that view.

YUM!! I love roasted piggies. We have cooked 'em in the ground, on a spit and over the coals. Any way they are cooked is good. I'm seriously droolin'.

no animal in south la. is safe from a gumbo , god must have loved the cajuns , he made so many of em . the finest cooks of the world are cajun . bon ton roulee

craw fish are the ultimate delicacy in east texas , next to gator tail and bar b que'd crabs ,

nothing better than a fried soft shell blue crab in my book. crawfish is another favorite of mine !!!
