Walking sticks....

Thought I would share with you folks my new walking stick, because I just have all the time in the world. I would say you folks have one too, this one isn't flashy or it doesn't have feathers hanging from it, and I haven't carved anything on it. I took a hard rake and cut it to leave the protruding spikes you see. I made this a couple months ago to gear up for this season, I had one like it last year but I lost it. I found it of course about three days after I bought this new one (just my luck). I cannot walk without a walking stick I rely on it bigtime to walk the hillsides to roothunt. Its also nice to flip flakes with. The one I had last year only had one spike I can't decide if I like 1 or 2 spikes better . The drawback to 2 spikes is that things get stuck in it like sticks leaves etc. But it would be more effective if I get into situation with a sabertooth tiger like that poor fella in 10000 bc. It also has other purposes I can't mention that though. Also good for keepin the boy in line. He likes to sing in the field and I like being quiet. It's even effective at a distance seeing how I'm getting pretty good at hurdling it at his toes.
