Crappie fishing on Lake Eufaula

My other passion other than hunting artifacts is crappie fishing. Here's some of my latest catches:

Here's a big female crappie I caught today. I dropped my jig in a brushpile right off the bank. I got a hit that took my rod tip to the water. I set the hook and rolled up a huge crappie then it came off! I was cussing and stomping because I lost such a huge fish. I settled back down and caught a few more then in the bottom of my field of vision I see something in front of my feet catch my eye. I look down and a big crappie was on it's side in shock! I drop my rod, bend down, and wham! I grabbed the fish out of the water with my bare hands! It was the huge fish I rolled up earlier! I set the hook so hard that I put the fish in shock! She was 15+ inches and weighed at least 2lbs. Awesome day on the lake!

Here's my secret weapon...he's got a nose for crappie. I haven't taught him how to sniff out arrowheads though.
