Thanks for sharing this,,,Flint.I was in Alaska during the 90's and witnessed the debates over Mandatory Wolf kills.I totally agree that these guys eat way too much and breed like Rabbits,,,but I would have had a hard time shooting this big fella. He probably had a good long life though/comanche

Wolves have been re-introduced to Central Or. and this is a likely looking track as it was in middle of nothing near where they have been recently sighted.Don't know it's a wolf so certain but it seems big for anything else.

I can't imagine the ranchers will give them much of a welcome

Is it a legit pic? So far on the net I have seen 30 foot long rattlesnakes, 40 foot long alligators and 10,000 pound bears just to name a couple.

I wouldn't doubt it..It's big but within reason...Not a complete freak of nature as some other "record" pics have tended to be.

According to this site it's legit and was killed in 2009. There's some more pics on this link.

Hard to say for sure, but I'd say that dude holding him up is pretty small. Still a huge wolf though, the size of the paws are unreal.

According to the story the guy holding him up was 6'3' tall, so he's no small dude.
