Current river springs

Went on a trip to current river last summer and had the time of my life. Here is a spring that feeds The Current river (maybe round spring?) its nice!

That brings back memories! My brother and I canoed that alot several years ago, including one 89 mile solo. That I believe is Round Springs. Real attractions also include Blue Springs and Big Springs. It is as clean a water as you can find and a Great river to canoe.

Thanks for that Fluff. Now I have to dig out some old 35mm. I got some cool shots of a Great Heron rookery that some Conservation folk went crazy over. It was one one the biggest trees I have ever seen with maybe thirty nests-well I'll count them when I find the pic.

I spent a good amount of time there as a kid hunting and fishing for trout and small mouth bass around Ashley Creek. Those were the days!

Did ya end up finding anything on your trip? Or are people discouraged from picking stuff up since it goes through a national park?
