We think we are so far removed from those beings who were painting pictures on cave walls but many of us are not. Grasping to understand what is difficult or impossible to comprehend through superstition. Kinda sad.

I saw an interview on one of the news networks with a guy who had sold everything his family owned, house and all possessions except what they needed to travel to Mr Campings place. They had taken all of their savings out of the bank and donated it, both him and his wife had quit their jobs, and they had taken their kids out of school so they could be prepared for the Rapture. After it didn't happen, which he seemed shocked that it actually didn't happen, he said he didn't know what he was going to do. Well for one don't believe any idiot who thinks he can predict the end of the world. What a moron.

Problem is the clueless have made this clown and other snakeoil salesman like him extremely rich. He's worth over 200 mil. But the world is full of suckers and sheep. I think a huge class action lawsuit against old man rapture is what he deserves.

As an old friend of mine says "they are sheep and they must be shorn."

I consider this statement to be a huge insult to the ancients who painted the cave images. They were intelligent and resourceful people who left us glimpses of their lives and the fauna they encountered on a daily basis. They convey both spirituality and reality, and it is very possible that they were placed deeply in caves purposefully for succeding generations, so that we as their heirs would have a connection to our ancestors. They were just as mentally capable as we are today, or, i should say, based on the antics of these idiots, probably much more so.

Don't it say in the Bible that to predict the end of the world is blasfimy? "Prepair yourselfs for ye know not when the Master of the House cometh".

In my gut, which I rely on daily, I agree with your statement(s) here, RokDok.
