I actually talked to one of the guys on the texas archelogical commitee ( or whatever its called) He was one of the people who votes on the bills that comes threw. I asked him about any new bills that came threw for surface hunting, and he said there was some, i don't know if he was referring to the one indiana sent in or not, but he said the way it was worded that they automatically threw it out because it stated that the goverment could buy back the artifacts that a indivdual finds if they want to. Well the goverment said that the artifacts was theres to start with so why would they buy them back. So they just did'nt even vote on it. Maybe some word changes could be made and see where it goes from there. It may not be the one indiana sent in, but i was just gonna mention that, incase it would be some sort of help.
