PROS was my first forum, too. I was known as Charmstone on Andy's site. What happened to him? I didn't realize that he was gone.

I'm sorry to hear about Andy's passing

I used to frequent Cache, but I left years ago, after being harassed and threatened by a couple of inbreds. Unfortunately the trouble makers ruined Patty's site, because she didn't do enough to stop them. I see some of very same ones on here(I won't mention any names, but they know who they are), but Shannon won't put up with their crap, thus this is one of my favorite forums to visit. So hat's off to Shannon & the moderators of this board!

PROS will keep going as long as Sam wants it to keep up - the board has been shut down a time or two because he didn't get his money in on time, but he has always gotten it re-activated. He is very rarely active on the forum anymore, though - I heard from him most recently about a year ago.

Well, as a twice cancer patient I am well aware of the nastiness of it. Currently, I am undergoing chemo for lung cancer and have been for several months. Strange disease for a life long non-smoker to get, but 'ya gotta be resolute and do what you can to eliminate it.

Really sorry to hear that Mike. It is Mike, right. Didn't I get some Shells Beads from you a couple years back? I am pretty sure you are on my list of contributors to my states collection. I hope everything works out for you.

Yeah, you did get some shell beads from me. I have found hundreds over the years, but recent changes in Ag practices and crop rotation has closed off some of my choice mounds. I'm doin' OK with the "Elcie" and have pretty much beat it back to one tiny tumor less than a centimeter. Chemo has come a long way in a few years.

I'm sorry to say that I left for the very same reason.
