4004 "members" on PROS, just checked. Many are not really members. Spammers we ban are listed as members until we take them off the roster.
When trying to maintain that many members you send out letters to all members who never posted or haven't posted in a long while to see if the addresses bounce, you remind them of the website address, etc.
You probably got one of those letters, LOL.

I grew up and live in the Great Basin, but have been a member on Son's board for a few years now. There's some real good folks there. I have learned a lot about SE artifacts and fossils there. They just have to haze ya a little coming in.

Yeah you're right. Also it seems that being big time into hunting and fishing is a big plus. BTW, Son and I hunted the same areas when we were younger but didn't know each other.
