Yeah, well you kinda wrecked the thread from the very start.

That's pretty much the cream of the crop in my book.

I have a Rem 700 BDL in .22-250 that throws 3/8" groups at 100 yards with handloads but it's all varmint. Not tactical.

I'll post up some stuff when I get a chance but couldn't help but chime in on that Rem you've got. That thing is baaaad aaaarse!

Here's my favorite 50 cal muzzle loader I built from a kit hard hitting at close range. My deer rifle with Black powder back in the day.

Remington 700BDL .30-06 that I bought new in '64. Plenty deer and elk have collapsed to this one. The old '06 is all that you need if you do your part. Nowadays, it seems that everyone needs a .300 Mag or bigger to get the job done. Nope, not true.

I suppose if you're in terrain where you need something flat to 800 yards a 300 mag would be nice but around here a .270 will be more than enough.

Here is my 700. 35 pound female at 150 yards. Right in the heart. 10 years ago, hence the goofy glasses.

The benelli with 00 buck works against the prey that shoots back.

This baby is my medium range "bomber". 1886 Winchester made in 1906, very rare Extra Lightweight Takedown in .45-90. My hunting loads send a 300 grain Barnes bullet out the muzzle at 2500 FPS. Out to 200yds+ it's one shot and DRN(Dead Right Now). My old eyes and metallic sights don't allow for trying longer shots, but the rifle is capable.

OK Highsierra NOW your talking my kinda rifle! The 86 is one I don't have yet, well in a Winchester anyway. I have on made by Browning that is honestly a super well made rifle. It's a SRC but will shoot a 3 hole cloverleaf group at 50 yrds. Shoot a 300 gr. Hornady at around 2100 fps. A few years ago I took a small hog at 192 yrds while hunting in Ga. Still not a Winchester though.

Any more nice lever guns you have pic's of?
